My specialty is in bringing this laid back, island mentality to YOU. As a result of working with me, clients are able to find their version of a sustainable lifestyle, one that allows them to focus on the things that matter most.

- reparenting yourself by focusing on healthier lifestyle choices: food, exercise, sleep, stress reduction, etc.
- how to go beyond your programming and step into the next level in your life, whether that’s incorporating more rest or more action
- how to identify and cultivate your #ikigai
- mindfulness
- your personal habit consultant – we can check in every 3 months to see what areas of your life could use some streamlining in order to reduce stress
Early childhood: One-on-one virtual consulting where I support your family with topics such as
- behavior management
- chore implementation
- home management
- relationship support (how to prioritize your partner, welcome a new sibling, create 1-1 time for each family member, etc.)
- time management
- discipline plans
- answer any questions/concerns you might have about your child’s development, or support you as you navigate the world of early intervention and/or special education.
- your family’s personal consultant – we can check in every 3 months to see what areas of your family’s life could use some streamlining in order to reduce stress are friends for life.
Do you have to be Okinawan or live there in order to benefit from your work?
No, the concepts that I cover are universal and relevant wherever you live in the world. Our work is directed by you, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to anything! The reason why I focus on Okinawa is because:
- Okinawans are the healthiest and longest living people on earth, what a great recipe to follow for a vibrant life!
- Everything I do as an early childhood educator, mother, and human being is inspired by my healthy upbringing, I live the Okinawan lifestyle.
Do you take international clients?
Yes! This is what excites me most about my work, I’m able to support anyone worldwide and I’m happy to work with various time zones.
Do I have to commit to a larger plan or can I book one session at a time? How long are appointments? Rates?
No commitment, you are welcome to book a “one + done” appointment although I do offer discounts if you want to book 6 sessions at a time. Message me about your unique situation and I will do my best to accommodate you.
