Join Stephanie Ermel for a morning of soul food (and real food!), inspired by the healthiest people in the world: Okinawans. Our community of women will be utilizing multiple healing modalities such as: nature, rest, connection, journaling, nourishing food, and movement for your body, mind, + spirit.
When and where
Saturday, October 2nd from 9am-12pm at La Foret, in beautiful Black Forest of Colorado Springs.
Lunch will be an AUTHENTIC Okinawan meal, packed with superfoods and cooked by the LEGEND, Steph’s mom.
*The items in this image will be plated bento style (boxed lunch).
What to expect

Testimonials
I need more female friendships in my life. Women are powerful. It was satisfying to tune into the powerful feminine energy of all of us together.
– Madeleine, Colorado
I so enjoyed being outside and enjoying nature while being active holistically. Even after a long day finding time to energize yourself is so important and I think this class does that very well.
– Grace, Colorado
Find more time expressing my self and what makes me happy. Steph did a great job calling out our hustle and grind culture. It’s about time we got back to basics and channel our inner child.
– Amber, Colorado
My main takeaway from Steph’s class was that I need to take care of myself first and add more movement to my life.
