Moai is a community of people who offer support in any of the following areas: social, financial, health-related, or spiritual. According to research, one of the main reasons why Okinawans live such long and healthy lives is because of their strong moais.
In Mommy Moai, we will dive deeper into what it means FOR YOU to eat + drink well, incorporate more rest, move your body in ways that feel good, express your ikigai, laugh more, and spend more time connecting with Mother Nature. #shinrinyoku

Community = immunity. Connect with like-minded people from all over the world, who will serve as mirrors for your own personal development. The magic of moais can exist online, too! As more people are feeling anxious and isolated WHILE navigating uncharted waters, this is PRICELESS. (Or maybe you want a safe space to be unapologetically happy and celebrated!)
I am a mom of four children ages 8, 6, 4, and 1 year old, with an undergraduate and master’s degree in early childhood education. I’m also a certified early childhood special education teacher, with experience teaching children with multiple and severe disabilities. While in that role I wrote and implemented individualized education programs (IEPs) for children with special needs and their families, so customizing family plans is a passion of mine! I have also taught second grade, kindergarten, and Japanese-English immersion early childhood classes.
I balance over 20 years of early childhood experience with my real-life motherhood. In a nutshell: theory and practice are two VERY different things. Even “experts” feel overwhelmed by parenting little people sometimes, and I feel it’s my duty to support the villages that raise our children.
